Q: How can we book the function and how can we secure the booking for the function room?
A: Once the date is finalised, please call us on 01934708130 to initiate the booking.
To confirm your function room booking, a security deposit equivalent to 50% of the room cost is required. Please note that the security deposit is non refundable. The remaining 50% must be settled one week prior to your reservation. A signed copy of the terms and conditions is also required to finalise the booking. This copy should be sent to olea.wsm@gmail.com
Q: How can we pay the security deposit?
A: The security deposit may be settled either by BACS transfer or in cash. Bank details will be provided via SMS, and confirmation will be sent once payment has been received. Please note, the security deposit is non refundable.
Q: Are we allowed to bring our own food and beverage, or engaged an external caterer?
A: Yes, you are welcome to provide your own food. However, beverages may not be brought in from outside the premises. Third-party caterers are permitted, provided that a valid copy of the caterer’s public liability insurance is supplied in advance.
Q: Can you provide food?
A: Yes, we can provide a tapas buffet that can be tailored based on your budget for the evening. A maximum budget is required from the organiser to allow us to calculate how many tapas dishes that would be equivalent to.
Q: Does the function room have a bar?
A: Yes, the function room is equipped with a bar and offers most items from our drinks menu. However, draught beers must be ordered from the bar located downstairs.
Q: Does the function room have equipment?
A: Yes, the room is equipped with a surround speaker system and a 70” TV. Thee party is permitted to use this equipment as needed for their event.
Q: Can we hire a third party entertainment?
A: Yes, you are welcome to hire your own entertainment, provided that a valid copy of their public liability insurance is supplied in advance.
Q: How many does the function room hold? And what is the sitting capacity?
A: The room holds up to 80 guests, with a limited sitting up to 30 people.
Q: Is the function room wheelchair accessible?
A: The function is a 1st floor function and there are no lifts available in the premises.
Q: Does the function have a toilet?
A: The toilets are located downstairs, adjacent to the restaurant area.
Q: Are minors allowed and until what time?
A: Yes, Minors are allowed to be in the premises with a responsible adult until 10:00pm.
Q: What are the access times?
A: Access times for the function room are as follows:
Fridays: 4:00pm to 12:30am
Saturdays: 9:30am to 12:30am
Sundays: 9:30am-10pm (excluding bank holiday weekends)
On bank holiday weekends, Sunday Access is extended to 9:30am-12:30am.
