When it all started

We opened our doors in August 2018 with one simple aim: to bring something different to Weston-super-Mare.

Starting as a Mediterranean tapas restaurant, we wanted to create a place where people could enjoy vibrant coastal flavours,

great drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere, right in the heart of Weston. Located just off the Italian Gardens,

with a beautiful view of the fountains, our setting has always been part of the experience.

As we grew, so did our passion for food. We began exploring how Mediterranean flavours could meet the bold, exciting tastes of Asia,

creating a menu that was familiar yet completely different. And so, our MediterrAsian fusion concept was born.

Today, our menu brings together the best of both worlds — from Spanish-inspired tapas and Mediterranean classics to Japanese and Asian influences,

all thoughtfully combined to create something you won’t find anywhere else in town.

Coastal flavours still run through everything we do, from thyme and orange-infused gins to vibrant small plates designed to be shared.

Our food is about bringing cultures together, experimenting with flavours,

and giving Weston-super-Mare a dining experience that feels both familiar and new.
